Hemlock Chaser is a four piece hailing from Central Wisconsin, blending the harsher sounds of bluegrass, folk, and punk; affectionately referred to as “if Sid Vicious and Woody Guthrie had a drunken love child.” The group was formed through the dingy basements of Portage County, playing open mics and sweaty houses, finding each other’s love for DIY music. With two releases on the books and more incoming, Hemlock Chaser’s uniquely cutting sound continues to push through the woods of Wisconsin.
