Early Bird Sale Process:

1. The Blue Ox 2025 Afton ticket page will be available to access via the ‘Book Now’ links on the Blue Ox website one hour before the on-sale starts but will be locked with a countdown.
2. You will not have access to buy anything on the Blue Ox 2025 Ticket page until the countdown expires at 10:00 AM CT on Tuesday, October 8th.
3. If you are most interested in purchasing a reserved campsite, then we would suggest navigating to the RESERVED CAMPING Map FIRST to select and cart your campsite BEFORE adding your admission.

Reserved campsites go FAST and there’s only a limited number of tickets available at Tier 1 pricing. Once Tier 1 tickets are gone we will automatically move onto the next price tier and so forth.

What will be available during the Early Bird Sale?

Starting October 8th at 10AM CT, the following items will be available to purchase for Blue Ox 2025:

• 3-Day Admission: Good for (1) person to attend all three days of the festival with access to the venue/campground on Thursday. Includes unreserved (first come, first served) tent camping and on-site parking in designated areas. *Children 13 and under are FREE with a paid adult.
• Car Camping Pass: If you would like to sleep in your car or park your car next to your tent in an unreserved section, then you will need to purchase a car camping pass.
• Reserved Prairie Tent/Car/Small Teardrops: Only tents, cars, Sprinters and small teardrops (or similar) trailers 10 feet and under are allowed in this reserved section. *Includes free early move-in on Wednesday with a 3-day admission pass for up to 6 people.
• Reserved Non-Electric RV: Limited Pines Reserved (60 sites in total), Limited Family Reserved (90 sites in total), Prairie Non-Electric & Fields Non-Electric. *Includes free early move-in on Wednesday with a 3-day admission pass for up to 6 people.
• Pre-Set Tent Camping with Backyards & Beyond: Tent camp on-site with the Backyards & Beyond community.  Arrive to your tent already set up and no need to worry about tear down.
• Tiny Camping Cabins (3 cabins available): Stay on-site in one of our custom-built air-conditioned tiny camping cabins located under tree cover within the Backyards and Beyond neighborhood. (Accommodates 2 people max)

*There is a limit of 3 reserved sites per order to give more customers the opportunity to purchase in a section with limited campsite availability.  

*All Electric sites are currently sold out via renewals and waitlist. Please email your name, phone number and length of your RV to info@blueoxfest.com to be added to this running list. As of August 2024 we about 200 people on our waitlist.

Tips for the Blue Ox 2025 Early Bird Sale:

Afton Account: Part of the purchase process includes logging into an existing Afton account or creating a new one. You can create an Afton Account HERE ahead of the on sale date to save time.

Time Limit: Once you cart your ticket(s) and/or campsite(s) you will have 12 minutes to complete your purchase. *If you plan to purchase a reserved campsite, then we recommend that you cart your site first and then add your admission tickets. You can also purchase your campsite in a separate order from your ticket(s).

*If you have an Afton account, log in BEFORE the on-sale begins to save time.

*If you decide to checkout as a guest during the on-sale, you can always go back in and access your tickets in your account by selecting ‘Forgot Password’.

Reserved Campsite Map Color Coding: In order to purchase a campsite, you will need to navigate to the RESERVED CAMPSITE MAP tab and then select the section that you would like to camp in. Once you select the camping section, a new map with numbered squares will pop up. Look for a white square (available) to select and add to your cart.

• White Square = Available campsite
• Gray Square = Sold campsite (unavailable)
• Yellow Square = Carted Campsite
• Purple Square = Campsite YOU selected

*Unreserved tent camping is included with all admission passes. If you plan to bring an RV, pull behind/trailer, or pop-up/tear-drop camper you will need to purchase a RESERVED site.

Availability:

• Family Reserved (98 total sites) and Pines Reserved (65 total sites) will SELL OUT within seconds of on-sale due to the VERY limited number we have available to sell.
• Reserved sites in the Fields and Prairie do not sell out as quickly so if you are looking to book multiple sites together for a large group then we would suggest booking in one of these sections.
• There are only a limited number of tickets available at Tier 1 pricing and once they are gone we’ll automatically move onto the next price tier.

Online Purchases vs Phone Orders: You have a better chance of securing a specific campsite location by purchasing the site online (on your own time and device) instead of calling into the office since we use the same online system for phone orders and have VERY LIMITED call capacity.
